What will the corporate facilities look like in the new stadium?
The corporate seating capacity in the Western grandstand of the North Queensland Stadium will increase to approx. 2400 corporate seats (from 2,100 in current venue), comprising:
- 88 external corporate boxes ranging from 6-seat to 12-seat
- 17 corporate suites
- Chairman’s club and three corporate experience bars (field club, centreline club, club lounge)
- Two major function rooms
- Sky deck (level 4) with panoramic views
- North & South terraces (level 3) – a new style of seating
What will my 2020 corporate package include?
The corporate team will be conducting a survey in early 2019 to help build the optimal package for a corporate member in the new stadium. Information on corporate packages – pricing, position, inclusions – will be communicated in mid-2019.
Will pricing increase for my 2020 corporate package?
Details on facilities and stadium third-party contracts are still to be confirmed. The Cowboys anticipate that final pricing and inclusions will be available in mid-2019.
Will car parking be included in my 2020 corporate package?
Arrangements for Cowboys game-day parking at North Queensland Stadium will be different to 1300SMILES Stadium, with on-site car parking to be limited to service vehicles only. Details on car parking and transport for the new stadium will be provided to corporate members when available.
What is the process for securing my 2020 corporate facility?
The Cowboys corporate team are working closely with the stadium project team on seating configuration and facilities in the new stadium’s corporate areas. The team anticipates contacting 2019 full season corporate members regarding their 2020 ‘best-equivalent’ in mid-2019 to discuss location, indicative pricing and package inclusions. It is expected that packages will be finalised for corporate members to confirm their 2020 package in mid-2019.
The North Queensland Stadium is a joint project of the Queensland Government, Australian Government and Townsville City Council and is supported by both the National Rugby League and the North Queensland Cowboys. The stadium forms part of the Townsville City Deal signed in December 2016.
