The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys are thrilled to announce the extension of our partnership with Elders Rural Services for a further two years, with the leading agribusiness upgrading to a Gold-tier Sponsor in 2025.

As part of the renewed agreement, Elders will support both NRL and NRLW programs and serve as the Match Day Sponsor for our upcoming clash against the Raiders in Round 4 on Saturday, 29 March at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

Cowboys Chief Commercial Officer, Dean Payne said the club was proud to continue working alongside Elders to support regional and rural communities.

“Our partnership with Elders has always been about much more than just football – it’s about making a real difference in the communities we both serve,” Payne said.

“With their expanded support of our NRLW program, we look forward to delivering initiatives that strengthen and celebrate our region’s role in Australia’s rural communities.”

“The extension of our partnership in 2025 to include a Match Day Partnership is another opportunity to spotlight the work they are doing in regional Australia. Showcasing their commitment to agriculture and sharing their brand with those in our local area in a creative way is only amplifying the great work they do.”

Payne also noted of the activations they planned to bring to Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Round 4, with the Elders Red taking over the stadium.

“The Elders team are handing out over 7,000 rally flags, organising giveaways and even a petting zoo on the Northern Green. It’s a great way to integrate the work they do into our Match Day and further enhance our fan experience.”

General Manager Queensland and NT Lisa Hewitt said Elders is committed to its service in the north and is driven to supporting like-minded organisations that can make real and long-term impacts.

“We acknowledge the crucial role that sports plays in community cohesion and are keen to continue our support of the Cowboys and see them succeed on and off the field,” Ms Hewitt said.

“I’m proud that our sponsorship this year will expand to supporting the Cowboys’ NRLW team. It’s important that our girls realise and have access to the same opportunities living in rural Queensland and are encouraged and supported to achieve their ambitions – in sports or in agriculture.”

Elders and the Cowboys will work together throughout the 2025 season on community events and activations.
