Jason Taumalolo underwent surgery in early December to repair a Lisfranc injury suffered playing for Tonga in the Pacific Championships in November.
The 31-year-old is not due to return to training until early January at which time a return to play timeline will be determined.
Outside back Tom Chester suffered an ACL injury at training last week and is expected to miss the 2025 NRL season.
