Following last night’s win against the Bulldogs, Cowboys fans are gearing up for the hottest ticket in town—a home Elimination Final in the first week of the 2024 NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series.
The Cowboys will host the Knights at Queensland Country Bank Stadium on Saturday, 14 September at 7.50pm.
While tickets aren’t yet available, fans and members should prepare to act fast, as high demand is expected.
Please note, the NRL will handle ticketing for this event, so the process will differ from regular Cowboys home games. There are no in-person outlets available for ticket sales in Townville.

COWBOYS MEMBERS PRE-SALES
Cowboys Full Season Members' Pre-Sale – 10AM Monday 9 September
Cowboys full season members will receive first priority access* to an NRL pre-sale window from 10.00am Monday 9 September 2024, until ticket allocation is exhausted.
*This is expected to be a high demand event. Access to the NRL's ticket pre-sales offers no guarantee of ticket availability.
A link will be sent to members before the NRL pre-sale opens from membership@cowboys.com.au
In preparation for their first priority pre-sale, members are urged to ensure membership@cowboys.com.au is listed as a safe-sender in their email accounts.
To take advantage of the pre-sale, full season Cowboys members will be required to use a priority access password (‘AAN Code’) issued by the NRL. In preparation for the NRL pre-sale, full season Cowboys members are urged to have their AAN code handy. Full season members can locate their AAN code by entering their details at the AAN Redemption Portal.
Members will be limited to purchasing 8 tickets per AAN Code.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis (members will not be given the opportunity to reserve their regular season seats).
Cowboys Non Full Season Members' Pre Sale – 1PM Monday 9 September
Cowboys Flexi 4, Home Star, Distant Star, Super Star, Rising Star, Dual Maroons and NRLW members will receive second priority access* to the NRL's pre-sale window from 1pm Monday 9 September 2024, until ticket allocation is exhausted.
*This is expected to be a high demand event. Access to the NRL's ticket pre-sales offers no guarantee of ticket availability.

GENERAL PUBLIC ON SALE
Cowboys fans – 10am Tuesday 10 September
Tickets will go on sale to the public at 10am Tuesday 10 September 2024 at www.nrl.com.au/tickets, until ticket allocation is exhausted.
Fans are urged to create an account on the Ticketmaster website as soon as possible and make a note of their log in details.
The club has warned fans should only purchase from Ticketmaster as unofficial ticket sellers may actively target fans given the hotly anticipated home final will likely to sell out.

Bigpond email delays
We are aware of an issue affecting Bigpond email accounts which causes some of our membership emails to be blocked or delayed (including breaking news and ticketing information). Unfortunately, this issue is outside of our control.
We suggest members with Bigpond accounts consider establishing an alternative email (i.e. with a free service such as Gmail) to receive our membership emails in a timely fashion. Log in to your MyCowboys Account to update your email address.
