North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Head Coach Todd Payten has named an unchanged 17 for Saturday’s blockbuster against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
Maroons winger Murray Taulagi has been named in the reserves as he closes in on a return from a hamstring injury suffered in Round 18.
All five State of Origin players have been named in their regular positions after being late inclusions for Sunday’s win over the Bulldogs.
Saturday’s game will see Jason Taumalolo surpass Matthew Bowen for the second-most appearances in club history with 271. Taumalolo will only trail Johnathan Thurston’s 294 appearances.
The Cowboys and Sharks will again play for the Paul Green Medal, which will be presented to the Man of the Match, picked by the winning coach.
Saturday’s game kicks off at 5.30pm.
