Dolphins utility Kurt Donoghoe is facing up to a month on the sidelines after he was charged with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle on Dragon Francis Molo.
The incident in the 65th minute of Sunday's clash at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium led to Donoghoe being sent to the sin bin as the Dolphins crashed to a 26-6 defeat.
As this is Donoghoe's third and subsequent offence of this nature he will be banned for three matches with an early guilty plea, increasing to four games should he fight the charge and be found guilty at the judiciary. He has until 12pm on Tuesday to enter a plea.
Wests Tigers pair Adam Doueihi (Dangerous Contact) and John Bateman (Careless High Tackle) also have until 12pm Tuesday to enter pleas to their charges following Sunday's loss to the Roosters, who had Nat Butcher fined for a Dangerous Contact offence.
The other player charged following Sunday's matches was young Cowboy Jaxon Purdue, who has entered an early plea for a trip on Panthers fullback Daine Laurie in the 33rd minute at BlueBet Stadium and been fined $1000.
Donoghoe sent to the bin
Raiders duo Elliott Whitehead and Albert Hopoate have both accepted $1000 fines after being charged for incidents arising from Saturday's loss to the Storm in Melbourne.
Hopoate was placed on report for a Careless High Tackle on Storm centre Jack Howarth early in the second half, while Whitehead received a Dangerous Contact charge for an incident involving Shawn Blore.
Broncos centre Kotoni Staggs was the other player charged from the three games played on Saturday night, after being cited for Dangerous Contact on opposite number Roger Tuivasa-Sheck in the dying stages of the loss to the Warriors.
Staggs was charged $1000 fine with an early guilty plea.
Earlier in the round Bulldogs playmaker Toby Sexton and Sharks prop Oregon Kaufusi were both charged with Crusher Tackle offences following Friday night's clash at Accor Stadium.
Sexton and Kaufusi both pleaded guilty to the Grade 1 offences and have been fined $1000.
Bulldogs back-rower Viliame Kikau was also hit with a $1000 fine after he was charged with a Careless High Tackle on Sharks hooker Blayke Brailey in the 21st minute of Friday's game.
