The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys have agreed to terms with forward Harrison Edwards to join the club with immediate effect.
The deal is for the remainder of 2024 as well as 2025 with a club option for 2026.
Edwards has appeared in 17 NRL games over the course of three seasons for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
The 23-year-old specialises as a ball-playing middle forward, but has also spent extensive time in the second row.
“We have been in the market for a player who has the ability to play both in the middle and on an edge,” Cowboys General Manager of Football Micheal Luck said.
“We have watched Harrison play over a long period of time and when we met him we were impressed with his values and his eagerness to join us, work hard and compete for a spot in our NRL team.
“We believe he will fit into our group seamlessly and we are looking forward to him adding to both the depth and competition for positions in the squad.”
