Your 2023 Members NRLW Player of the Year will be revealed on Wednesday 25 October 2023.
Voting is open to all 2023 and 2024 Cowboys members. Only 1 vote will be accepted per member.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, the Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810. ABN: 28 060 382 961.
2. In these terms and conditions, we will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as ‘the Promoter’, ‘Cowboys’, ‘us’, ‘we', ‘our’. We will refer to a member as ‘member’, ‘you’ and ‘your’.
3. In these terms and conditions, we will refer to this promotion as 'NRLW Members Player of the Year', 'NRLW MPOTY' and 'the Promotion'.
4. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and will comply.
5. Nothing in these term and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.
6. The Promotion commences 12.00pm, Tuesday 19 September 2023 and closes at 11.59pm, Friday 20 October 2023.
7. Only 2023 and 2024 Cowboys consumer members are eligible to vote in the Promotion.
8. Cowboys members may only vote for a current North Queensland Toyota Cowboys NRL Playing Squad member at the time voting opens.
9. Any squad members signed to the Cowboys 2023 Playing Squad after voting commences at 12.00pm Tuesday 19 September 2023 will not be eligible for Members NRLW Cowboys Player of the Year 2023.
10. In the unlikely event that an NRLW squad member's contract is discontinued before 11.59pm Friday 20 October 2023, that player will not be eligible to win Members NRLW Cowboys Player of the Year 2023.
11. NRL Playing Squad members are not eligible to be voted as NRLW Cowboys Members Player of the Year 2023.
12. There is a maximum of one entry per eligible Member.
13. To enter, eligible members must submit a full and correct vote by 11.59 Friday 20 October 2023.
14. Votes are deemed to be submitted at the time they are received by the Promoters database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected votes, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, technical disruptions, network congestion, communications failure or otherwise.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including, without limitation, costs incurred.
16. The random draw for the signed jersey will be conducted and the winner contacted by the Promoter by phone during business hours on Wednesday 25 October 2023.
17. The jersey awarded to the winner of the random draw will be a pre-signed, NRLW Cowboys jersey, with a certificate of authenticity.
18. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and is non-transferable.
19. We reserve the right to require the return of the jersey if the winners’ membership account falls into arrears or is cancelled for any reason. In the event that the member cannot or does not return the jersey, we will issue an invoice for the amount.
20. If any part of a Prize is unavailable, for any reason (including unforeseeable or other special circumstances), the Promoter, in its absolute and sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification.
21. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize and no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
22. If there is a dispute as to claiming the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to determine the outcome of the dispute.
Marketing Subscriptions
23. You must agree to have your email address added to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys marketing subscriptions list to be eligible to vote.
24. You can unsubscribe from the Cowboys marketing subscriptions list at any time via the Cowboys preference centre or contacting us on 1300 462 692.
25. By voting, you give consent to Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, its affiliates and agents, to use your image and likeness and/or any interview statements in our publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet), without compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future.
