Cowboys NRLW team list: Round 9 v Roosters

Proserpine Brahmans junior Lily Peacock has been elevated to the starting side for Saturday’s season finale against the Sydney Roosters.

The 18-year-old has been a revelation in her first two outings at NRLW level, impressing with her aggression in both attack and defence.

Peacock has been named in the second row, with Tiana Raftstrand-Smith moving to lock to replace the injured China Polata.

Star fullback Fran Goldthorp has been named despite picking up an elbow injury against the Raiders last weekend, with a final call on her ability to be made later in the week.

Saturday’s game kicks off at 6pm.
