No late changes for the Blues who will line up 1-17. Centre Stephen Crichton is tipped to line up on the right to accomodate debutant Bradman Best, who will slot in at left centre inside Josh Addo-Carr. Cody Walker, Clint Gutherson, Jacob Saifiti and Reagan Campbell-Gillard are all recalled to the Blues side while inspirational forward Jake Trbojevic is also back after missing the first two games with a calf injury. Scott Drinkwater is 18th Man.
Damien Cook has been named at hooker with Reece Robson on the bench but the pair are expected to operate as per program as opposed to their switch in Game Two.

The Maroons are 1-17 with no late changes. Raiders prop Corey Horsburgh has been named make his Origin debut after he was part of the extended squad earlier in the series while AJ Brimson takes over at fullback for Reece Walsh. Titans flyer Brimson, who was 18th Man for Game Two, returns to the starting line-up at fullback after making his Origin debut in 2020. Reuben Cotter has been named at prop after starting Game Two on an edge with Jeremiah Nanai back in the run-on side alongside David Fifita. Cowboys playmaker Tom Dearden is 18th Man.
