Baker-Tiraha is set to line up at fullback, completing his comeback from a series of hamstring injuries, with Wavik at centre and Hansen at hooker.
Newly coined Queensland under 19s representatives Elekana Suavai and Zack Lamont have been named to line up at centre and halfback respectively.
New Cowboys recruit Jamal Shibasaki will line up at lock, two hours before his brother Gehamat takes the field for the Cowboys NRL side against The Dolphins.
The game will be a homecoming for Far North Queensland products Suavai, Braithen Ketchell, Cohen Briggs and Tekelu Mene.
