Brad Fittler has made some last-minute changes to his run-on side with Reagan Campbell-Gillard set to start up front, moving Junior Paulo to the bench.
Panthers back-rower Liam Martin will also start on the edge with Cameron Murray moving back to the bench.
Nicho Hynes is 18th man and Tyson Frizell is the remaining reserve.
Kotoni Staggs suffered a dislocated finger at training but will make his Origin debut alongside fellow debutants in Ryan Matterson and Stephen Crichton, who will both come off the bench.
Reserves Apisai Koroisau (Panthers) and Joseph Suaalii (Roosters) both departed camp late to play for their respective clubs in Round 13.
Queensland
There are no changes for the Maroons who will blood four debutants — Cowboys duo Reuben Cotter and Jeremiah Nanai along with Broncos Patrick Carrigan and Selwyn Cobbo.
Manly's Daly Cherry-Evans will skipper the side for the 10th consecutive time and is surrounded by familiar faces in the backline with Kalyn Ponga, Valentine Holmes, Dane Gagai, Xavier Coates and Cameron Munster.
Ben Hunt will start at hooker with Harry Grant arriving late to camp after battling the flu and an ongoing groin issue. He confirmed to reporters he would be right to play, however, as the Maroons look to bounce back from last year's series defeat.
Reserves Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow and Murray Taulagi both returned from camp to club footy for North Queensland on the weekend.
Tom Dearden is 18th man and Jai Arrow the remaining reserve.
