North Queensland Toyota Cowboys head coach Todd Payten has finalised his side for tonight's clash with the Canberra Raiders.

Connelly Lemuelu is the last player to drop out of the 24-man squad named on Tuesday, with Scott Drinkwater to be the 18th man.
