Past, present and future Cowboys in action on Saturday

Football returns with a bang on Saturday, with a host of Gold Stars and past, current and future Cowboys in action across four matches. 

Whether it be live on Channel 9 or in person in Tully, Mackay or Parramatta, rugby league fans are spoilt for choice. 

Women's All-Stars Match (4.20pm Qld) - Live on Channel 9

A record six Gold Stars will line-up in the Women's All-Stars match, with centre Jasmine Peters, winger Rhiannon Revell-Blair, halves Tahlulah Tillett and Sarah Field and second-rower Shaniah Power named for the Indigenous All-Stars, while Rangimarie Edwards-Bruce will come off the bench for the Maori side.

Cowboys Elite Pathways Coach Ben Jeffries will also coach the Indigenous side. 

Legends of League Match (6.30pm)

Eight former Cowboys have been named for the International Legends of League's return to Mackay. 

Scott Prince, Ben Hannant, Brent Tate, Noel Goldthorpe, Reggie Cressbrook, Kevin Campion and Brenton Bowen will line up for the Australian Team of NRL Legends, while John Manning will represent the Mackay All-Stars. 

Cowboys Young Guns v Northern Pride trial (7.00pm) 

A 21-man Young Guns squad made up of some of the club's brightest rising stars will take on the Northern Pride in Tully in the first of two trials against the Cowboys' feeder clubs.

With NRL squad member Jordan Lipp and full-time training block players Tom Chester, Jake Bourke, Morgan McWhirter and Ragarive Wavik named, it will be a great opportunity for fans to see some future Cowboys in action. 

There will be a full-match replay available on Cowboys.com.au on Monday. 

Men's All-Stars Match (7.10pm Qld) - Live on Channel 9

Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow will make his NRL All-Stars debut, starting on the wing for the Indigenous side, alongside hooker Reuben Cotter and prop Jamayne Taunoa-Brown, who will come off the bench.
