Cowboys updated team: Round 6 v Bulldogs

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys captain Jason Taumalolo is facing a fresh stint on the sideline after fracturing the opposite hand to the one he injured in March.

Taumalolo suffered the injury at training and is expected to be sidelined between 1-3 weeks.

Off-season recruit Lachlan Burr will start the game at lock, with Mitch Dunn coming onto the bench.

Esan Marsters is the other player to drop out of the 21-man squad named on Tuesday.
