North Queensland Toyota Cowboys co-captain Michael Morgan has been ruled out of Sunday’s clash against the Gold Coast Titans with a shoulder injury.
Morgan reported soreness after the Round 2 game against the Dragons and the condition of his shoulder has not improved to the point where Cowboys medical staff believe he would be able to take the field on Sunday.
Morgan will continue to rehabilitate his shoulder over the next week with the plan of returning in Round 4 against Cronulla.
