The official introduction of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys’ Corporate Sales Centre in Townsville city today has signalled the transition ahead to the club’s new stadium in 2020.
The corporate sales centre, a business hub for the Cowboys’ corporate hospitality program, is located in the CBD’s City Arcade, around the corner from the Cowboys Leagues Club and across the river from the new North Queensland Stadium.
Cowboys chief operating officer Micheal Luck said the opening of the corporate sales centre was an exciting step for the club.

“We’re focused on continuing to be an economic cornerstone of the North Queensland community and our sales centre is the next step in the move to our new gathering place in 2020,” Luck said.
“We believe that opening a centre that showcases the best we have to offer in 2019, alongside giving corporate members a glimpse of what they can expect in the new stadium in 2020, is a fantastic way to begin our transition into the CBD.”
Cowboys corporate members make up the largest active network in the region and represent a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses who enjoy a packaged match-day experience and branding and networking opportunities.
Corporate members who commit to the Cowboys for the full season in 2019 will secure priority access to their ‘best-equivalent’ facility or package in the new stadium in 2020.
Cowboys head of corporate and consumer partnerships Dean Payne said the corporate sales centre was established to provide members with a convenient “one-stop-shop.”
“Our corporate team are focused on providing a great 2019 match day experience, which offers the best opportunity to enjoy top-flight rugby league in our last year at 1300SMILES Stadium,” Payne said.
“The increased appetite for our corporate membership has meant that our sales team has grown from two to four in the last few years, and our new corporate sales centre will help us in providing a premium service to existing customers and interested businesses.
“We have two of our corporate sales team based in the centre from Monday to Friday to provide advice to businesses looking to join our exclusive network.
“We invite all current corporate members and those interested in being part of the Cowboys family to either drop in to our City Arcade location or give us a call.”
