Enter the 2018 Cowboys Christmas Card Competition, proudly supported by Stockland Townsville!
ENTRANTS
Entrants must be aged between 5 and 13 years and enrolled in an educational facility.
TO ENTER
To enter, students should draw or paint their Christmas picture (electronic design also permitted) on the entry form template and complete all entry details.
Entries should be submitted in an A4 envelope (please do not fold entries) to the below address. Schools who have been invited to enter should coordinate their students' entries.

Electronic designs may be printed in colour and sent in the entry envelope, or alternatively emailed to: community@cowboys.com.au with "Cowboys Christmas Card Competition 2018" in the subject line.
Competition closes: 4.00pm Friday 2 November 2018. Entries received after the closing date cannot be accepted.
THEME
The Cowboys Christmas Card design must incorporate an element of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as well as the theme of "My Favourite Christmas".
JUDGING CRITERIA
Competition entrants will need to include the theme of "My Favourite Christmas", and will be judged based on a design that:
- represents the theme, "My Favourite Christmas";
- includes an element of the Cowboys;
- shows creativity and originality.
KEY DATES
Competition opens: Monday 8 October 2018
Competition closes: Friday 2 November 2018
Winner notified: Friday 9 November 2018
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, Golf Links Drive, Kirwan Qld 4817. ABN: 28 060 382 961. Entrants must be aged between 5 and 13 years and enrolled in an educational facility. The 2018 Christmas Card Competition will open at 8.00am, Monday 8 October 2018, and will close at 5.00pm, Friday 2 November 2018. Electronic copies or hardcopies need to be received by the Cowboys before competition close and are to be submitted to community@cowboys.com.au or mailed to Reply Paid 577, Thuringowa Central Qld 4817. Entries are limited to one per person and late submissions will not be accepted. All contact details must be included for the purposes of contacting a winner; the winner and their school will be notified, and their details published at www.cowboys.com.au, on Friday 9 November 2018. All entries will be provided to Stockland Townsville for public display in the shopping centre. This competition has no element of chance; a winner will be determined by the judging panel and their decision is final - no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judges' choice. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
