North Queensland Toyota Cowboys stars Jason Taumalolo and Te Maire Martin have both accepted the charges handed down by the match review committee from Thursday night's 34-30 victory over the Broncos at 1300SMILES Stadium.

Taumalolo will miss Saturday night's showdown with the Sharks after accepting a one-match ban for a grade one shoulder charge on Broncos winger Jamayne Isaako.

The Cowboys lock produced arguably his best performance of the season against Brisbane. Taumalolo ran for a season-high 286 metres while also chipping in seven tackle-breaks, a number of which came on a 25 metre surge to score a crucial first half try.

The one-match suspension will result in Taumalolo missing his first game of the 2018 season.

Martin will be free to play against Cronulla after taking the early guilty plea to a grade one dangerous contact charge.

The 22-year-old has been in fantastic form since moving to fullback in Round 19 and was again instrumental in the win over Brisbane, highlighted by a deft grubber to set up the opening try of the game for winger Gideon Gela-Mosby.
