Young footballers flocked to training sessions run by former Cowboy Glenn Hall and current player Josh Chudleigh in Weipa last week.
The training sessions were hosted by North Queensland Toyota Cowboys and North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation (NQBP) as part of a two-day Weipa 'Bulk Ports Blitz'.
The event was driven by NQBP's community initiative, to inspire and educate young people in regional communities, to help them make positive life choices.
Over the two days students were visited in their classrooms, and kids aged 6 – 16 attended a free training session.
