North Queensland Toyota Cowboys winger Kyle Feldt has joined Queensland Maroons camp ahead of Game Two of the State of Origin series at ANZ Stadium on Sunday night.
Feldt has been a member of the Maroons Emerging Origin squad for the past two seasons and head coach Kevin Walters has drafted the 26-year-old into camp to gain experience around the main Queensland squad.
Feldt has been in some of the best form of his career in 2018.
The Cowboys high-flyer sits fifth in the NRL with 10 tries in 15 games, two of which came in last Friday night's clash with the Warriors.
Feldt's heroics haven't just been limited to try scoring, with the Norths Thuringowa junior also helping get the Cowboys on the front foot coming out of their own end.
He is just one of nine players in the NRL to run for more than 2000 metres this season, with the Cowboys right winger running for an average of 137 metres a game across his 15 appearances in 2018.
