Over 150 players from North Queensland schools took to the field last week for the annual Matthew Bowen 9s carnival at St Teresa’s College in Abergowrie, north-west of Ingham. Named in honour of life member and club legend Matt Bowen, the tournament is now in its fifth year – well done to all of our participating teams!
North Queensland Cowboys respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
