The future looks bright for 21-old-year former Titans under-20s player Shane Wright, whose strong season in the Queensland Cup for the Mackay Cutters was rewarded late in the season with an NRL debut.
Backrower Wright – who is contracted to 2018 – put in an impressive 46-minute effort against the Sharks and will benefit hugely from another full pre-season under head coach Paul Green.
