North Queensland Toyota Cowboys coach Paul Green has called up Ben Spina for his first 2015 NRL hit-out in tonight's Reconciliation Cup clash against the Bulldogs at 1300SMILES Stadium.

Ray Thompson makes way for Spina on the bench, while the Cowboys are 1-13 with Johnathan Thurston, James Tamou and Matt Scott making their return after Kangaroos' representative duties last week.

Tonight is the first of back-to-back home games for the Cowboys side looking for their sixth straight win, followed up next Friday by the Queensland derby blockbuster against the Broncos.
