Be a 2025 full season member and you could win tickets to our home final

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, the Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810. ABN: 28 060 382 961 (North Queensland Toyota Cowboys).

These terms and conditions apply to the offer: ‘Be a 2025 full season member and you could win tickets to our home final’. In these terms and conditions, we will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as ‘us’, ‘we', ‘our’ and ‘Cowboys’. We will refer to a new 2025 full season member in these terms and conditions as ‘a member’, ‘you’ and ‘your’.

By renewing or joining as a new 2025 full season member to access this offer, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and will comply with these terms and conditions, as well as the general terms and conditions applicable to all 2025 full season memberships, at: www.cowboys.com.au/membership/terms-and-conditions/.

All prices set out in these terms and conditions are GST-inclusive.

Nothing in these terms and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.

OFFER

1. Under this offer, and in accordance with these terms, you will be included in the draw to win one (1) double-pass to the 2024 NRL Telstra Premiership Cowboys v Knights Elimination Final at Queensland Country Bank Stadium on Saturday 14 September at 7.50pm, if you either:

a) Hold a current 2024 Diamond, Platinum or Gold Star Cowboys full season membership and have not previously opted-out of full season membership for the 2025 season, OR

b) Join as a new 2025 Diamond, Platinum or Gold Star Cowboys full season member before 5pm Thursday 12 September 2024.

2. To join as a new 2025 full season member and receive the offer, you must pay for your 2025 full season membership in full, or the first instalment of a 10-month payment plan for every new single full season 2025 membership (regardless of whether your eventual membership/s are for an adult, concession, child or packaged as part of a family or group). 

3. The offer period will commence on 6pm AEST, Sunday 8 September 2024 and will end on 5pm AEST, Thursday 12 September.

4. 50 winners will be randomly selected by the Cowboys Membership team. 

5. The winners will be contacted by phone on Friday 13 September.

6. The double passes provide the winners with two reserved Category 4 seats in the Southern grandstand for the game, valued at approximately $49 each (incl GST). 

7. A double-pass may be used to admit an adult, concession or child.

8. A double-pass may only be used for seats in the upper bay of the Southern Grandstand, which are not suitable for patrons with Accessibility or PWD requirements.

9. The double-passes awarded under this offer cannot be redeemed for cash, and we accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the double-passes. 

10. If a double pass is unavailable for any reason, we may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value as determined by us.

11. The prize does not provide access to any 2024 NRL Finals Telstra Premiership ticket pre-sales or the 2024 NRL Grand Final.  

12. The prize does not provide access to purchase additional tickets for the 2024 Cowboys Week 1 Elimination Finals.

13. The prize cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for cash or credit.

ELIGIBILITY

14. This offer is applicable to current 2024 Diamond, Platinum or Gold Star Cowboys full season members who have not previously opted-out of full season membership for the 2025 season, AND any new 2025 Diamond, Platinum or Gold Star Cowboys full season members who join before 5pm Thursday 12 September 2024.

15. This offer can only be redeemed by persons aged 18 years and older.

16. This offer is open to members who pay with a credit or debit card only. Cash or cheque not accepted.

17. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all claims from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the claim process or with the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person.  Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

LIMITATIONS

18. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange any travel required to attend the game. All ancillary costs associated with winners attending the Week 1 Cowboys Home Final, including but not limited to any travel, accommodation, and meal costs incurred, are the responsibility of the winners.

19. We are not liable to you if you are unable to attend Week 1 Cowboys Home Final for any reason.

20. We accept no responsibility for any disputes arising between you and any person who you choose to, or choose not to, share a double-pass with.

LIABILITY

21. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the double-passes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).  Nothing in these conditions of entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

22. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys is not liable for any tax implications for you arising from receiving the double-passes provided under this offer.  Independent financial advice should be sought.  Where this promotion involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, claimants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

CANCELLATION OF 2025 MEMBERSHIP

23. You may cancel your new 2025 membership before 12pm AEST Friday 13 September by calling the Cowboys Membership team on 1300 462 692 (opt 1). However, if you do cancel and you have been selected as a winner of a double pass to the Cowboys Week 1 Home Final, the ticket value of the double pass will be deducted from any refunded membership payments.

24. After 12pm AEST Friday 13 September, a refund will not be permitted for change of mind or for changes in personal circumstances. Where a member has a right to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, a refund will be provided.

FULL SEASON MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

25. The offer requires you to either hold a current 2024 full season membership or purchase a new full season 2025 Diamond, Platinum or Gold membership for which the general terms and conditions, including information about our annual Rollover (auto renewal) process, can be found here: www.cowboys.com.au/membership/terms-and-conditions/

26. If you purchase 2025 Full Season membership under this offer, you will:

a. receive access to your membership discounts, offers and inclusions from 1 November 2024;

b. receive your membership card and merchandise pack in early 2025; and

c. receive access to purchase the members exclusive polo when it becomes available in the Cowboys Team Shop in early 2025.

PAYMENT

27. To access the offer, for every new single Full Season membership you will be required to either pay for the membership in full or pay for the first instalment of a 10-month instalment plan.  

28. Once payment has been received for your 2025 Membership, you will be entered into the club’s Rolling Renewal process for the 2025/2026 season.

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

29. It is a condition of financial membership that members give consent to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, its affiliates and agents, to use their image and likeness and/or any interview statements from members in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet), without compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future.  By signing up for a membership, you provide this consent, and you represent that any others on whose behalf you are obtaining a membership (e.g. family members) also give the same consent.

30. By participating in this offer, you agree to have your email address added to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys' email lists. You are able to unsubscribe at any time by visiting our preference centre at the bottom of every North Queensland Toyota Cowboys email.
