Purchase a new Cowboys full season membership for the 2025 NRL Premiership season to receive a free ticket* to Cowboys v Broncos (10 August 2024) and Cowboys v Raiders (17 August 2024) and Cowboys v Storm (29 August 2024).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, the Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810. ABN: 28 060 382 961 (North Queensland Toyota Cowboys).

These terms and conditions apply to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys '2025 Go All In' offer.

In these terms and conditions, we will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as ‘us’, ‘we', ‘our’ and ‘Cowboys’. We will refer to a 2025 full season member in these terms and conditions as ‘a member’, ‘you’ and ‘your’.

By joining as a 2025 full season member to access this offer, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and will comply with these terms and conditions, as well as the general terms and conditions applicable to all 2025 full season memberships at: https://www.cowboys.com.au/membership/terms-and-conditions/.

All prices set out in these terms and conditions are GST-inclusive.

Nothing in these terms and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This offer is applicable to customers who purchase a new Cowboys full season 2025 Platinum or Gold membership in full and up front during the offer period.

2. Payment plans are not eligible. 

3. This offer is not applicable to the renewal of existing full season memberships from the 2024 to the 2025 season (Club 95, Diamond, Platinum or Gold Star).

4. This offer is not applicable to corporate membership (i.e. Premium Suites, Corporate Boxes, Club Lounge, Premiership Lounge, Shortys, Bushrangers, Terraces, Sky Deck, Field Club or Centreline Club).

5. This offer can only be redeemed by persons aged 18 years and older.

6. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all claims from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the claim process or with the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening, or harassing any other person. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

OFFER

7. Under this offer, and in accordance with these terms, if you purchase a new 2025 full season membership up front and in full you will receive 1 free ticket to each of: Cowboys v Broncos on 10 Aug 2024 and Cowboys v Raiders on 17 August 2024 and Cowboys v Storm on 29 August 2024 at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. 

8. You will receive the same seat for all games in 2025, however for your 2024 games, a different seat will be randomnly allocated to you each game, and may differ for each of those games. 

9. The offer period will commence on 2.00 pm AEST, Monday 22 July 2024 and will end on the first to occur of:

a. 4.00pm AEST Wednesday 7 August;

b. When the allocation of available tickets is exhausted for ANY of the 3 remaining Cowboys home games in 2024 (Cowboys v Broncos on 10 Aug 2024, Cowboys v Raiders on 17 August 2024 or Cowboys v Storm on 29 August 2024);

c. When the allocation of seats is exhausted for 2025 full season membership;

d. For any other reason, at any time, at our discretion.

SEAT ALLOCATION FOR 2025 FULL SEASON MEMBERSHIP

10. Under this offer, you will be required to pay up front for a 2025 Platinum or Gold full season membership before the end of the offer period.

SEAT ALLOCATION FOR FREE 2024 HOME GAMES

13. For every 1 individual membership (adult, concession or child) purchased for 2025, you will receive 1 free ticket to each of the Cowboys remaining home games for the 2024 season (3 free tickets in total). 

14.For every family membership (4 adults and 4 children) purchased for 2025, you will receive 4 free tickets to each of the Cowboys 3 remaining home games (12 tickets in total).

15. Under this offer, seats will be allocated to you randomly for Cowboys v Broncos (10 Aug 2024), Raiders (17 Aug 2024) and Storm (29 Aug 2024). This means, regardless of which full season membership package you purchase for 2025 season, you will receive a different seat for each free game in 2024 in EITHER the upper Eastern OR upper Southern bays of Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

16. Once your seats are allocated, you will not be able to change which bay or seat is allocated to you for Cowboys v Broncos (10 Aug 2024), Cowboys v Raiders (17 Aug 2024) and Cowboys v Storm (29 Aug 2024).

17. There are no seats currently suitable for patrons with Accessibility/PWD requirements at Queensland Country Bank Stadium so cannot be provided under this offer.

18. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys accepts government-issued companion cards for full season members.  If you hold a companion card, contact the Cowboys Membership Team on 1300 GO COWBOYS (1300 462 692 – press 1) to arrange your membership and access this offer for you and your companion. You will need to submit a photocopy of your companion card with your membership application.

19. If you purchase multiple 2025 memberships under this offer, we cannot guarantee all seats will be seated together for Cowboys v Broncos (10 Aug 2024), Cowboys v Raiders (17 Aug 2024) and Cowboys v Storm (29 Aug 2024).

LIMITATIONS

20. The free home game tickets awarded under this offer cannot be redeemed for cash, and we accept no responsibility for any variation in the value. 

21. You and your companion(s) are responsible for making your own way to and from all included matches. All ancillary costs associated with attending matches in 2024 or 2025 are your responsibility, including but not limited to any travel, accommodation and meal costs incurred,.

22. We are not liable to you if you are unable to attend any home game in 2024 or 2025 for any reason.

LIABILITY

23. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the free tickets, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).  Nothing in these conditions of entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

24. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys is not liable for any tax implications for you arising from receiving the tickets provided under this offer.  Independent financial advice should be sought.  Where this promotion involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, claimants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

FULL SEASON MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

25. You must read and accept the terms and conditions applicable to your full season membership for 2025 before purchasing the offer. The terms and conditions of membership can be viewed at: www.cowboys.com.au/termsandconditions.

26. As a 2025 full season member, you can access your membership discounts, offers and benefits from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025.

27. You will receive your 2025 merchandise pack in approximately December 2024. 

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

28. It is a condition of financial membership that members give consent to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, its affiliates and agents, to use their image and likeness and/or any interview statements from members in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet), without compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future.  By signing up for a membership, you provide this consent, and you represent that any others on whose behalf you are obtaining a membership (e.g. family members) also give the same consent.

29. By participating in this offer, you agree to have your email address added to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys' email lists. You are able to unsubscribe at any time by visiting our preference centre at the bottom of every North Queensland Toyota Cowboys email.
