How can I purchase a gift membership?
You can purchase a gift membership online by clicking the link above or by calling the Cowboys Membership team during business hours to arrange a gift membership on 1300 462 692 (opt 1).
NOTE: The membership will be recorded in YOUR NAME until the gift recipient receives the membership from you and calls us to finalise.
Which packages are available to purchase online?
A select number of membership packages are available to purchase online as gifts, including supporter and multi-game packages.
Can I arrange a gift membership for someone by purchasing a membership online and entering their details?
No. Unless you are someone's parent or guardian, you are not able to purchase a membership using their personal data.
Also, if you use the gift recipient's contact details they will receive an automated email immediately advising them of the purchase.
Instead, please give us call us on 1300 462 692 (opt 1) during business hours and we can assist you.
The membership type I'd like to purchase as a gift voucher is not listed. What should I do?
Contact the Cowboys Membership team on 1300 462 692 (opt 1) during business hours. Any membership you like can be organised for a gift!
Can I collect or receive a physical gift voucher in the mail?
No, however if you purchase a Cowboys gift membership online you will be emailed a link to a voucher template you can print at home.
When will the gift recipient receive their members merchandise pack?
If you purchase a gift membership from our Willows pop-up store, you can collect their merchandise pack on the spot to wrap up and give to your loved one.
If you purchase a gift membership voucher online, a membership merchandise pack will be sent to the recipient once they have called us to finalise their membership.
If you purchase a gift membership by calling us (and having the membership set up temporarily in your name), your loved one will receive their merchandise pack shortly after they call us to finalise their membership.
What does the gift recipient do once I've given them a membership?
Please ask them to contact the Cowboys Membership team during our opening hours (see below) on 1300 462 692 (opt 1).
We can then finalise their membership details and arrange for their membership card and merchandise pack to be dispatched.

Can a Cowboys membership gift voucher be used at the Cowboys Team Shop or the Cowboys Leagues Club?
No. A Cowboys membership gift voucher can only be redeemed for a Cowboys membership.
