Member Communications

How we keep in touch

Email is our primary form of communication with members. When you sign up as a member, you consent to receive email correspondence from us.

We will also send SMS messages from time to time to communicate important account or benefit related information.

Types of emails to expect

Regular emails sent to Cowboys members include: 

  • Team List (weekly in-season - released 4pm Tuesday)
  • Member Update (sent ahead of each home game and periodically in off-season) 
  • The Muster (weekly in-season - collection of news articles from the week)

Other types of emails to expect:

  • Breaking news
  • Team Shop newsletters (latest product releases and merchandise sales)
  • Sponsor and partner offers
  • NRL ticketing information (including early access to Finals and State of Origin tickets)

How do I adjust the types of emails I receive?

You can change the types of emails you receive at any time by visiting our preference centre.
