REQUEST PROCESS
All requests for player autographs should be submitted through the online community request form.
The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys may approve or deny applications for autographs at their discretion.
If your application for autographing is successful, you will be notified and you may send in your merchandise via post or person to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys.
Your package must include a self-addressed, postage paid package for the return of your item.
The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys will not be responsible for damaged or lost items.
On the approval of an application, a maximum of one (1) item may be autographed.
Scheduled autograph sessions are held periodically. These sessions will not include full team signatures on items.
The club does not accept any merchandise sent in without prior approval. All unapproved items will be returned to the addressee unsigned. Alternatively, you can attend an open training session or fan/community day throughout the year to secure signatures. Please check our website for dates of these events.
REQUEST CRITERIA
- The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys cannot provide complimentary (free of charge) merchandise to be autographed.
- Private collection items will not be signed by the full team. A selection of between 5-10 squad members will be assigned to seasonal signing sessions.
- Cowboys merchandise items that will be considered for signing include: jerseys, caps, footballs, flags, boots (NRL Cowboys-branded), training shirts and Cowboys polo shirts.
- Items that will not be accepted for signing are: player cards, personal photographs and personal birthday/ wedding/ anniversary cards.
REQUEST FORM
The required format for receipt of requests is via the online community request form. This form has a number of mandatory questions that must be completed before your request can be submitted.
Please note: Priority will be given to requests submitted by Cowboys members.
