Tickets purchased through non-official vendors or individuals cannot be authenticated, exchanged or refunded by the Cowboys, Ticketmaster or Stadiums Queensland.

Members and fans are advised to purchase match tickets through Ticketmaster to avoid disappointment or financial disadvantage that may occur as a result of a transaction made through a non-official third party.
